How do i book the studio?
You can book instantly via kulusuk.co, by emailing info@kulusuk.co, or by WhatsApp at +65 8428 8351. We recommend booking at least 3–5 days in advance to secure your preferred date and time slot. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
What are the available booking slots?
We offer flexible half-day and full-day bookings:
- Morning: 9am – 1pm
- Afternoon: 2pm – 6pm
- Evening: 7pm – 11pm
- Full Day: 9am – 6pm
Custom slots are available — contact us for special requests. Overtime is billed at S$80/hour (after 8pm – 12am).
What payment methods are acccepted?
We accept PayNow, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards. All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include GST where applicable. There are no hidden fees.
Can i visit the studio before booking?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to request a site visit by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. You can also explore our virtual tour on the website to view the Living and Dining spaces before committing.
What facilities are included with every booking?
Every booking includes:
- Free high-speed WiFi
- Air conditioning
- 55″ Smart TV with HDMI
- Marshall Woburn III premium speaker
- Karaoke system
- SMEG refrigerator
- Ensuite bathroom
- Natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows
All spaces are accessible throughout your booked duration. The studio is also pet-friendly.
How many people can the studio accomodate?
The studio is 1,220 sqft and can comfortably host up to 50 guests standing and 40 guests seated. For theater-style or workshop setups, we recommend 15–30 for the best experience. Maximum capacity must not be exceeded.
Can i bring my own fod and drinks?
Yes — external catering is welcome, and you may bring your own food and alcohol. We have a SMEG fridge and preparation space available. Kindly ensure all rubbish is cleared before the end of your booking. No cooking or open flames are permitted on the premises.
Is the studio suitable for photo and video shoots?
Absolutely. The Dining and Living spaces are purpose-designed to be camera-ready, with distinctive interiors, textured walls, floor-to-ceiling windows, and curated mid-century furniture. Both rooms offer different aesthetics to suit editorial, commercial, or content shoots. Kulusuk is rated #1 out of 783 lifestyle studio venues in Singapore on Tagvenue.
Can i rearrange the furniture for my event?
Yes — Kulusuk is designed to be fully customisable. You can rearrange furniture to suit your event format (theater, dining, lounge, or freestanding). We ask that you return the studio to its original configuration at the end of your booking. Rental time includes setup and cleanup.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations up to 24 hours from event start time will receive a full refund. Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 1 months from the original date, at no cost.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees. The quoted rate includes all standard facilities. Additional charges may apply for:
- Overtime use (S$80/hour after 8pm)
- Cleaning fee (minimum S$100 if premises not returned to original condition)
- Damage to equipment or property
- Special equipment or arrangements outside our standard offering
What is the no-show policy?
Clients who fail to show up for their booking without prior notice will be charged the full booking fee. Please ensure you contact us as early as possible if plans change.
What is the nearest MRT station?
Kaki Bukit MRT Station (Downtown Line) is the closest, approximately 650m / 10–15 minutes walk. Bus 137 (via Aljunied, Paya Lebar, Ubi, Bedok North, Bedok, and Bayshore MRT stations) also stops nearby.
Is parking available at the studio?
Free on-street parking is available directly outside the compound (provided there are no double yellow lines). Paid parking facilities are also available nearby. For larger group events, we recommend carpooling or public transport. Note: the studio is on the second floor and not accessible by lift.

Terms & Conditions
Last updated: April 2026. These terms govern your use of Kulusuk Studio’s services. Please read carefully before booking.
Booking & Reservations
All bookings at Kulusuk Studio (“the Studio”) are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of a signed booking form and payment of the required deposit. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from our team.
Kulusuk reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion. Bookings are non-transferable to third parties without prior written consent.
Payment Terms
- The remaining balance must be settled no later than 3 days prior to the booked date
- For bookings made within 48 hours of the event date, full payment is required upfront
- Accepted methods: PayNow, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards
- All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include GST where applicable
- Overtime is billed at S$80/hour (applicable after 8pm – 12am)

Studio Use & Conduct
- Guests must arrive and vacate strictly within the booked time. Overtime is charged at the applicable hourly rate
- Smoking, illegal substances, and open-flame activities are strictly prohibited
- The client is responsible for the behaviour of all guests during the booked period
- Studio furniture may be rearranged but must be returned to its original layout before departure
- The Studio must be left in a clean and tidy condition. A minimum S$100 cleaning fee may be levied if not
- Maximum capacity must not be exceeded: 50 pax standing, 40 pax seated
- All trash must be disposed of in bins provided. Larger items and personal props must be removed by the client
- Items left after 7 days will be assumed abandoned and may be discarded by Kulusuk at its discretion
Damage & Liability
The client assumes full responsibility for any damage to the Studio, furniture, equipment, or property caused by the client or their guests during the booking period. Client agrees to pay reasonable repair costs to restore damaged equipment to working condition on the day of rental.
Kulusuk Studio is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal property brought onto the premises. Guests are advised to arrange their own insurance coverage for high-value equipment.
Photography & Content Rights
Content (photos, videos) created during your booking is yours to use freely.
By booking the Studio, you grant Kulusuk Studio a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use any images or videos taken of the Studio space (not of your guests) for our own marketing and promotional purposes, unless you expressly opt out in writing before your session.
Privacy Policy
Kulusuk collects personal data (name, contact information, event details) solely for the purpose of processing bookings and communicating with clients. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
Data is stored securely and in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
