Term and Conditions

These terms govern your use of our services, website and products. It’s essential to understand and agree to these terms before proceeding. Please ready them carefully, as they outline the rules and responsibilities that guide our relationship with you.

Booking Duration

  1. Studio rate is based on a 15-hour day. (9am – 11pm)
  2. Overtime is billed at $100/hour (after 11pm – 5am)
  3. Surcharges apply for bookings starting before 8am ($150/hour)

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any charges.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will incur a fee of 50% of the total booking cost.

Rescheduling

  • Clients may reschedule their appointment once without penalty, provided the request is made at least 48 hours in advance.

No-Show Policy

  • Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full booking fee.

Refunds

  • Refunds for cancellations made in accordance with this policy will be processed within 7 business days.

Special Circumstances

  • We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to an unforeseen circumstance, please contact us directly, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Liabilty

It is agreed between Client and all who enter the studio that Company will not be held liable for any injuries or accidents to the Client, Client’s assistants, Client’s models, or Client’s employees that may occur at any time within or outside of the Kulusuk Studio premises. Client further agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Kulusuk Studio and any of its partners, shareholders and employees from all claims, damages, liabilities, expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney’s fees and costs), judgments, settlements and penalties of every kind related to any damage due to the Client’s acts or omissions in connection with its presence

Studio Etiquette

  1. No smoking within the premises
  2. No illegal substances
  3. Coordinator will be liable for any damages or lost of items (doors/locks, toilet, fridge, tree, lighting, lost of remote control)
  4. Refrain from using glue, tape, nail which can cause stain/damages
  5. In the event of liaising with authorities we will not be held responsible for any criteria’s above.
  6. Premises have to return to original condition after the event and vacate by 4am. Additional charges will be applied for overstaying.
  7. No cooking (Catering is allowed)

At the end of the event Cleaning/Rubbish must be done and deposed by coordinator.

In the event vomit is found within the venue, shared spaces or public corridor an additional charge of $200 will be applied.

Reservations Policy

To secure the rental space for the event date and time, Renter is required to make deposit of 50% of the rental fee upon execution of agreement. The remaining 50% of the rental fee must be settled no later than 2 weeks before the scheduled event date.
